Perched on the top of the steep sided Ayung river valley in Padang Galak, Villa Leha Leha is a five minute drive from the golden beaches of Sanur. Each of the four master bedrooms commands its own individual air conditioned bungalow and while two of them sport their own plunge pools, all have sumptuous en suite bathrooms tiled in cool marble. The bedrooms are built either side of the palatial open sided living area which is backed by a state of the art kitchen, a bar and an inside dining area.

Upstairs is an open plan entertaining/lounging area from where it is possible to see glimpses of the Ayung river through the treetops, while on the horizon you can watch the sunrise over the ocean. The enormous swimming pool cascades over the valley side and even has its own bar bale for easy poolside cocktails.

WALK THROUGH DESCRIPTION

MEZENENNE LEVEL
Entrance from parking area through Balinese gates, across lily pond, into dining and kitchen area. With an overhead ceiling fan, dining seating is available for 8 to 10 people and the room has A/C. The kitchen has a service counter to the dining room and features an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, blender, microwave, coffee machine and there is a washing area with washing machine and dryer. A washroom with toilet and wash basin is adjacent and steps lead up to a look-out gallery level above the main living area.

MAIN LEVEL
Sliding French windows lead to steps down from the dining room to the large, open style living area. Comfortable seating for 10 people with satellite TV, VCD, DVD, stereo and ceiling fans. Steps down from the living area onto the pool patio, with paths, left and right, to the bedroom pavilions. Three of the bedrooms feature king beds, whilst a forth bedroom has a queen bed. All of them have mosquito net, ceiling fan, A/C, CD stereo and hairdryer. The two front bedrooms, with views across the valley, also have private verandas with plunge pool. Each bedroom is located in its own individual thatched pavilion and has en-suite facilities with bath tub, indoor and outdoor showers, double wash basin and toilet. Adjoining the queen bedded room is an office. Two extra beds are available, which can be set up in the study or the bedrooms. The swimming pool is 12x5m, with a shallow end and a ‘swim-up’ bar with submerged stools.
