WALK THROUGH DESCRIPTION

Neela cascades through 4 levels down a steep hillside. Entrance from the road leads down steps, over a garden pond, to the upper level.

UPPER LEVEL - LIVING /DINING ROOM
High ceiling, elegant, room with comfortable sofas for 6/7 adults at one end and a formal dining table for 6 at the other. There is a CD sound system. A Dumb Waiter (food elevator) connects with the kitchen below. Outside terrace with stunning views, plus table and chairs for cocktails

UPPER LEVEL - BEDROOM 1
Queen size bed, en-suite with washbasin, shower, WC and closets. An extra small single bed can be added on request for a child or nanny. Maids’ room is behind this bedroom, separated by gardens.

MAIN LEVEL - CONSERVATORY
English style conservatory, featuring many plants and a fishpond, cocktail bar, armchairs and an Indonesian daybed, a casual dining table for 6, plus TV, CD sound system and DVD player. Books, cards, magazines, CD’s and DVD’s are available. Outside, a terrace leads through a planted garden and lawn to the overflow swimming pool ( 10 x 5 m) with a breakfast table alongside, together with 2 sun loungers.

MAIN LEVEL - OPEN SALA
The outdoor, roofed, ‘sala’ (gazebo) can accommodate 8 adults on Thai cushions. Legs and feet can drop into a well for comfortable outdoor dining. The sala is set in a Balinese style pond, with plants and a waterfall. 180º ocean views.

MAIN LEVEL - BEDROOM 2
Adjacent to the swimming pool. King size bed .The large en-suite bathroom with double bath / Jacuzzi, shower, WC, bidet, washbasin, dressing table and closets. Outside, is a pool shower.

MAIN LEVEL - KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Teka hob and oven, a double refrigerator, with freezer, microwave, blender, juicer, toaster, rice cooker and electric kettle. There is a mobile BBQ.

LOWER LEVEL-BEDROOMS 3 AND 4
One room has a King size bed and separate bathroom with bath/jacuzzi. The other room is normally the owner's study, which can be converted to a bedoom with a double bed .The room has an en suite bathroom.
