Lounge space for up to 14 people, ceiling fans, TV with satellite channels, VCD, VCR, stereo. A full selection of movies, CDs, books and board games are available. Dining area seats 8 comfortably, but up to 12 possible. Covered walkway to separate kitchen pavilion features oven, hob, 2 x fridge/freezer, chest freezer, toaster/grill, fruit juice maker, ice cream maker, pasta machine, coffee filter, washing machine and dryer.

MAIN LEVEL - MASTER BEDROOM PAVILION
Covered walk way from living area leads to study/TV room, with TV, satellite, stereo, VCD, VCR, DVD and CD. Lounge area can be converted to make a double bedroom. En-suite to guest bathroom with tub/shower, toilet and wash basin. Study interconnects to master bedroom with king bed, A/C, walk-in closet, safe box, fan and telephone.
