Tamu Seseh's inspiring design has conveniently divided this elegant three
bedroom villa into two, creating a separate master villa and a two bedroom
guest villa. Each is self-containable with its own swimming pool and kitchen
and the two are joined through a central courtyard. All three bedrooms are
connected to private garden bathrooms, stylish outdoor sanctuaries featuring
raised bath tubs and free standing wash basins.
Built on the edge of a green belt, Tamu Seseh's unique architectural feature
is its two double-storey open bales, the upper levels providing enviable
views across the surrounding countryside. Large sofas and low coffee tables
provide poolside comfort in the enormous open-air living pavilion and a long
dining table and outside BBQ, provide the ideal space and setting for
private gatherings and entertaining.

MAIN LEVEL - MASTER BEDROOM COTTAGE
A fully self-contained cottage which can be rented independently to main villa. Private entrance
to open living area with ceiling fan, seating for 4 people and dining table for 3. 1 bedroom with
king bed, A/C, mosquito net, ceiling fan, lock-up draw, TV (satellite) and stereo. En-suite with
out door bath tub, separate shower, double wash basin and toilet. Private 5x3m swimming pool and
bale for relaxation. Kitchenette with hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, blender and toaster.
MAIN LEVEL - MAIN VILLA
Private entrance into garden with lotus ponds to bedroom pavilion, consisting of 2 king bedded
rooms, both with A/C, fan, mosquito nets and lock-up draws for valuables. Separate garden
style en-suites consist of double sink, bath tub, shower and toilet. In a large open bale is
the living area, with a dining table (8 people), stereo, ceiling fans and a kitchen, with hob,
fridge/freezer, microwave, BBQ (in garden) blender, toaster and kettle. A unique, double level
bale is located by the main swimming pool (15x5m), this has a satellite TV lounge on the upper
level.
STAFF
2 maids, 1 cook, villa manager and 24 hour security. There is a staff kitchen where meals
are prepared or the cook can operate in the villa at an extra cost.
